Mechanisms of governance democratic changes in Ukraine. Analyze the modern study of mechanisms of democratic governance changes and highlight their key trends in areas and types of social activities, to determine system characteristics (types and) mechanisms for democratic governance changes, define the mission of government in a democracy tranzytarnoyi; generalize based on the analysis of systemic factors democratization country policies and tools to ensure the democratic character of public administration; make conceptualize basic mechanisms of democratic reform of public relations, provide expert verification of the proposed theoretical and methodological positions and identify current priorities democratization of social relations in Ukraine. The concept of the research laid systematic and comprehensive approaches, structure-function analysis. First selected system characteristics governance mechanisms, which include dissertator directions and types of applications of these mechanisms, their types and kinds of ways. Implementation results of the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. On the use of the results shows the certificate of implementation: from the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Crimea, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
