Goncharov O. Mildronat impact on morphological and functional state of cardio-respiratory system in patients with ischemic chronic heart failure

A research object is a research of the cardiovascular system for patients the chronic heart failure of ischemic etiology; a purpose is an increase of efficiency of treatment of patients the chronic heart failure of ischemic etiology by application of mildronat; methods are clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the gender features of flow and influence of mildronat are appraised on the morpho-functional state of the cardio-respiratory system, the dynamics of metabolic is analysed, antioxydant, reological and endothelial indexes, NT - proBNP, the direct and remote results of treatment and quality of life of patients are appraised; the observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, clinic of Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov Medical Universities.
