Klyuzko I. Optimization of preperitionial allohernioplasty of inguinal hernias. Experimental clinical research.

Object - inguinal hernia; purpose - improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with inguinal hernia by the improvement of method of preperitoneal alloherniaplasy; methods – clinical, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, radiographic, instrumental, morphological, physical, ultrasonographic, statistical; results – morphological researches, grounding advantages of the preperitoneal placing of alloherniaplasy as compared to his intramuscularly-aponeuroticа location and explain reason of origin of postoperational complications, were first conducted; topographic-anatomy, morphological, physiopathology pre-conditions of origin of complications of inguinal hernioplasty and relapses of inguinal hernia are specified; the analysis of efficiency of biological glue compositions and polymeric medical glues is conducted for fixing of alloimplants and studies of co-operation them with surrounding fabrics allowed to draw conclusion about possibility of assistance of effective adaptation of alloimplant in fabrics of human organism at the use (n) butyl -2- cyanoacrylate of glue in surgical practice and proved him durability as facilities of fixing of prolene prosthetic appliance; branch – medicine.
