Object - pregnancy prematurity in women with pulmonary tuberculosis (PT); purpose to reduce frequency of not maturing for pregnant, patients with PT, by development of the system of medical- organizational measures; methods – clinical, biochemical, special obstetric, instrumental, immunological, morpho-histochemical, statistical; results – a structure and principal reasons of development of pregnancy prematurity is first studied for pregnant, patients with PT; the comparative aspects of clinical flow of pregnancy and births, and also states, are first set new-born for women with pregnancy prematurity, patients with PT; intercommunication of clinical is first studied, sonographics, metrical doppler, hormonal, immunological indexes for pregnant with pregnancy prematurity in the early terms of gestation, patients with PT; the mechanisms of pathogeny of pregnancy prematurity are first set in the early terms of gestation at tuberculosis, and the complex of treatment-prophylactically measures is scientifically grounded on the decline of frequency of this pathology; the prognostic unfavorable criteria of ultrasonic, clinical-laboratory and morphological research of placentas are first certain in the early terms of gestation in pathogeny of pregnancy prematurity of women, patients with PT, expedience of prophylactically of the not planned pregnancy is rotined in the decline of frequency of pregnancy prematurity for women, patients with PT; branch – medicine.
