Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the diagnosis, management, prevention and treatment efficacy in patients with chronic Helicobacter-associated conditions associated with disorders of iron status. On the basis of clinical features, combination of chronic gastritis type B and iron deficiency anemia by assessment of morphological and functional status of mucosa, laboratory blood measurements before treatment and observation of its dynamic changes in the course of treatment, evaluation of subjective and psychological patients status are sets the combination of differential efficiency antianemic and HP eradication therapy.
