The thesis is dedicated to the study of nature and peculiarities of herbicides' - derivatives of sulfonylurea (SU) toxic action upon warm-blooded animals' organisms at acute and chronic intoxications, "dose-time-response relationship", "and structure-toxicity". New data on toxicodynamics SU derivatives under conditions of acute poisoning. The information about polytropic action of derivatives SU were confirmed and developed further. Shown that the toxicity of the investigated derivatives SU depends on the structure and location of substituted radicals in aryl and heterocycle.
