3. The dissertation is devoted to the solution of scientific and technical problem of creating new methods of quality estimation of electro-technical equipment of AES in order to extent its exploitation terms. We have also developed methodology of estimation of current technical state of equipment by choosing determinative parameters of wear out, computing the coefficients of relative estimation of technical state, which characterize the processes of degradation. We have chosen and justified patterns of failure of electro-technical equipment for further computation of infallibility indexes. On the base of estimation of current state, taking into account physical essence of the processes and analysis of reliability indexes we have completed a complex approach to determination of numeric value of prognosis of remaining resource of equipment when extend its exploitation. As a generalization of results of researches it is developed the normative document "Model method of estimation of the technical state is developed, reliability and remaining resource indexes for the different groups of electrical engineering equipment of AES" МТ-Т.0.03.195-09.
