Essay

Research object - process of pressure measurement in aerodynamic objects. Subject of investigation - methods, models and means for pressure measurement in aerodynamic objects. The scientific novelty of the results: mathematical models of dynamic errors for channels of static and dynamic pressure and number M for system's channels perturbations of aerodynamic data and single commands (SADSC), method for dynamic testing SADRK based on the fact that required levels of pressure signals at the inputs of the system are defined by control computer code converter which can significantly simplify the design of the test stand has been improved; electrical and mechanical methods have been improved at the expense of the use of photoelectric method for transformation of the information, which increases the resolution and accuracy of the pressure measurement; inductive method of pressure measurement has been improved at expense of bitwise comparison of the signals induced in the windings of the binary code, and the windings of the Gray code, that allows to perform the control of working capacity of the method and apparatus; induction method of pressure measurement based on the determination of the inlet pressure by coordinates of measuring coil, by introduction of field coils, two-position keys, ADC and microcontroller which improved the accuracy and sensitivity of the method. Practical results - normative maximum dynamic errors and quantization errors by the level for measurement channels of static, dynamic pressure and number M, and sampling intervals in time for these channels have been determined; the structure of the dynamic test bench SADRK has been improved; functional and design scheme of pressure sensors have been proposed; multi-channel pressure-information-measuring system was developed and implemented. The results of the developments and the research have been introduced into production and instruction process, which is confirmed by the appropriate implementation certificates.
