Netreba Z. Improvement of the control technology of hydraulic liquids quality taking into account chemical transformation of hydrocarbon.

Research is devoted to solving the problem of technology improvement of hydraulic fluid quality control during aircraft operation. The structural-group and hydrocarbon compositions of hydraulic fluids AMГ-10 and "Hydronikoil" FH-51 are firstly investigated. Legitimacies of chemical transformations of hydrocarbon fluid "Hydronikoil" FH-51 during the aircraft hydraulic system exploitation are established. Recommendations for improving of control technology of the working fluid quality during long-term use in the aircraft hydraulic system on the base of the chemical transformation of hydraulic fluid. Results of the thesis provide the opportunity to choose the frequency of quality control of hydraulic fluid during operation of the aircraft and creation (in accordance with the assignment of ICAO) of continuous monitoring of the reliability of the hydraulic system of the aircraft on the basis of evidence-based parameters.
