Medvedєv K. Ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine: guarantees of them court defence.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical problems of mechanism of realization of ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine, their guarantees, and also development of the scientifically grounded recommendations, in relation to the improvement of judicial defence of ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine and guarantees of court defence of the indicated rights in the legislation of Ukraine. In dissertation the features of court defence of ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine are determined and pointed him legal definition. The dissertation also focuses on the analysis of the legal regulation of court defence of ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine in a national and international aspect. We also propose alterations and amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine in relation to introduction of more effective court defence of ecological rights of citizens of Ukraine and guarantees of such defence.
