The theoretical analysis of scientific sources of research of conscience and honesty of personality is carried out in the dissertation; essence of concept "honesty of personality of youth age" is certain; the structure of the marked formation is reasonable in theory; his genesis is traced in the period of childhood and maturing. Тhe program of psychological accompaniment of optimization of development of honesty of personality of youth age is worked out. Methodical recommendations are worked out to the practical psychologists, teachers in educator work with youth with the aim of achievement by them more higher levels of development of honesty.
