Kazak A. Optimization algorithm for evaluation and treatment of women of reproductive age with chronic pelvic pain syndrome

The work is devoted to identifying factors algogennyh pathogenetic mechanisms of chronic pelvic pain syndrome in women of reproductive age in order to create an algorithm testing and development of optimal treatment. We study the psychological characteristics of patients with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Found that chronic pelvic pain syndrome in women of reproductive age is a multifactorial disease in the pathogenesis of which there are explicit or implicit individual localized areas of muscle tension, variable in degree and severity of varicose changes in the pelvic vessels and the changes of coagulation hemostasis in the direction of hypercoagulability. An algorithm for the survey of women with CPPS, which takes into account new aspects of the pathogenesis of this disease, defined by the study.A scheme for treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome in women of reproductive age with a diagnosis of pathogenic factors into account.
