Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the results of treatment of patients with duodenal ulcers complicated by perforation and bleeding diagnosis and trophic disorders hemocoagulation disorders gastroduodenal mucosal and complex correction of the violations. Microcirculatory disorders of varying severity were observed in all patients of the main group, dominated gastroduodenal ischemia II level in patients with a perforated ulcer, and patients with duodenal ulcers complicated and bleeding by 72.4% and 79.2%, respectively. Application of an improved method of surgical treatment of duodenal ulcers in combination with the GDR allowed for effective correction of chronic disorders of duodenal patency in 83.3% patients of the group. The use of advanced surgical tactics in patients with duodenal ulcers complicated by bleeding and perforation, has reduced the number of antrumektomу 1.4 times by increasing the number of organo-preserving operations, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications from 8.3 to 4.2% and leads to a reduction in bed-days from 11.2 to 9.3, and in the late postoperative period improves the performance of physical activity and viability at 1.2 and 1.4 times respectively
