Sukhenko Y. The development of empathy of practical psychologist as a factor of self-regulation.

The correlation between empathy and self-regulation of personality is studied on the basis of the analysis of the modern scientific-theoretical research. It is shown that the development of the collective subject is a mechanism that provides the development of empathy and self-regulation.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the empathic determination of self-regulation as well as the introspective and reflective analysis of the personal experience the descriptive and dynamic model of problem solving is created and operationally described. The author worked out and practically realized the program designed for the experimental group of practical psychologists. It is called "Empathic Self-regulation Resources".
