Dissertation provides a theoretical generalization of study of clinical-endoscopic state of the esophagus, stomach acidity parameters in patients with GERD, prevalence of H. pylori infection in this category of patients and its impact on the disease. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of complex staged treatment of patients with GERD using the methods of ozone therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation in patients receiving mineral water "Polyana Kvasova" was performed. It was found that the use of methods of ozone therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation in patients receiving sodium-bicarbonate medium mineralized water "Polyana Kvasova" on sanatorium stage of treatment of GERD extends remission of the disease and significantly reduces the number and duration of relapses. Also it is proved that the sessions of hyperbaric oxygenation in patients receiving mineral water "Polyana Kvasova" promote faster recovery of the esophageal mucosa, increase the lower esophageal sphincter tone.
