The thesis is devoted to increasing the efficiency of sanatorium treatment of patients with discirculatory encephalopathy in spinal osteochondrosis and essential arterial hypertension by use of differential magneticlasertherapy taking into account features of the disease. Thus in addition to ulcer pain and disorders of cerebral circulation in vertebrobazilyarnoy spine set эndotelialna dysfunction, accompanied by varying degree of activity processes of vasoconstriction and vasodilation, increased sympathoadrenal activity, autonomic dysfunction with a predominance of parasympathetic, dyslypidemiya. Determined that an additional application magneticlasertherapy in complex sanatorium treatment reduces endothelial dysfunction, the regulation of sympathoadrenal activity, regulation of autonomic balance, improves blood circulation to the brain and major vessels for blood supply to the brain volume parameters. The differences in the mechanism of action magneticlasertherapy depending on the method of application in terms of endothelial function, autonomic balance, cerebral blood flow. On this basis the differential method magneticlasertherapy, depending on the characteristics of the disease, which allowed to achieve quality of life of patients and 22,5% saving effect achieved within 6 - 8 months in 60% of cases.
