Essay

The thesis is devoted to developing new approaches to treatment of hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome, based on a complex application, along with drug therapy and magnetolasertherapy and amplipulse-electrosleep. As a result of the study it was shown that use of magnetolasertherapy increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation and improves quality of, a positive effect on circadian blood pressure profile, corrects structural and geometrical parameters of the heart, endothelial dysfunction, diastolic function of left ventricular myocardium, reduces dyslipidemic manifestations metabolic syndrome, significantly reducing total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and moderately correct carbohydrate metabolism. The use of amplipulse-electrosleep increases the effectiveness of restorative treatment, improving quality of life, a positive effect on the daily profile of blood pressure, corrects dyslipidemiya, a positive effect on carbohydrate metabolism, adjusts insulin resistance, helps reduce body weight, significantly decrease leptin level.
