The thesis is devoted to development of complex technology regeneration of waste motor oil with different initial parameters moisture content asphaltenes and impurities. Based on survey data, concluded that significant level of pollution of waste oils and a high level of environmental hazards created as a result of pollution. A series of administrative measures to collect the WMO, which includes a collection of standards WMO, a collection of WMO, a systems that allow the treatment of WMO as hazardous waste, the creation of economic incentives in the collection of the WMO, the creation and operation of penalties for violation of the treatment of WMO as hazardous waste. Determined that an effective method for small quantities of water department and asphaltenes of waste oils is their adsorption treatment using activated bentonites or bentonites in native form. Experimental studies established the optimal regime parameters of the process. For dehydration of severely hydrated waste oils offered to use the method deemulsification, it was determined that the most effective is the use deemulhatora Sot, and as a solvent - solvent oil. The optimum regime parameters of deemulsification waste oils. Solid particles of WMO (mechanical impurities and spent sorbent) proposed separate centrifugation. On the basis of these studies developed a comprehensive technology regeneration of waste oils of varying degrees of pollution, which has been successfully tested in laboratory conditions.
