Kochyn V. Non-entrepreneurial societies as legal entities of private law

The research deals with the study of non-entrepreneurial societies within the institution of legal entities of private law. It considers prerequisites for the participation of non-entrepreneurial societies in the civil relations, namely: definition, features and types these legal entities, the basis of their creation and termination, as well as doctrinal approaches of the understanding of their personality. It analyses the features of management, the rights and responsibilities of participants (members) non-entrepreneurial societies. As a result it proposes to provide the following non-entrepreneurial society: private-benefit (association, the association of owners, fund and entrepreneurial cooperative) and public-benefit (common association, self-regulatory organization, common formation). There are suggestions for improving the legal regulation of civil personality of non-entrepreneurial societies.
