Chemshit D. Prerequisites of modernizational crises in the transitional political systems.

The objects are modernisation processes in the political systems with the different models of modernisation. The aim is a structural-functional analysis of pre-conditions of modernisation crises in the transitional political systems. Methods are system approach, structural-functional analysis, sinergistical approach, comparative method and institutional analysis. It has been revealed that the prerequisites of modernizational crises can be observed in almost all political systems, that undergo the modernization process. The matter of the notion "modernizational crisis" is defined. Methodological instruments of the political modernization research in political systems with different types of political modernization is improved. It has been determined that modernizational crises are based on the conflicts emerging in different structures and directions of the political system performance. The main goal of modernization is determined as the change of the structural components and optimization of the system performance. It has been specified that in political systems with exogenous and endogenous-exogenous modernization types the most essential problem overcoming regulatory crisis and the crisis of resources allocation within a society. The classification of modernizational crises is expanded. Application sphere is the training courses.
