The object is the phenomena of political representation. The aim is to study the specific of realization the political representation in the functioning of the state machinery in transitional societies. The methods are comparative- law-governed, typologicalization, theoretical modeling, structural-functional. The characteristic of the formation of the conceptions of representative government, disclosed the specific transformation of representative role of political parties and NGOs in transitional societies, the experience of institutionalization of political representation of civil society in transitional societies, research institutes, forms and means of political representation of regional interests, the interests of the central government and interests minority in the state mechanism transitional societies set the peculiarities of political representation in the functioning of the state mechanism Ukraine. Application spheres are reforming the system of political representation in Ukraine, training courses.
