Zhukov S. Institutionalization of law-governed state as a factor of Ukraine political modernization.

The object is political modernization in Ukraine. The aims are to determine and analyzed the main trend of institutionalization of state as a component of political modernization process. The methods are comparative- law-governed, typologicalization, theoretical modeling, structural-functional. The stage of development of the scientific opinion from the problem of modernization and detailed features of the present stage are done. Determined and analyzed the problematic political systems modernization and the impact on them institutions of rule of law. The condition, features of functioning and the development of institutions of law in the process of political modernization are determined. Further developed research alternatives of law as the basis for identifying possible options for the development of political modernization are described. The concepts of checks and balances, the rule of law as an institution that produces crucial for the further development of political modernization and its main features are done. Directions of institutionalization of the rule of law in Ukraine and prospects for political modernization as a result of institutionalization are determined. Application spheres are law, training courses.
