Clinical and psychopathological features of the formation and progress in Asia men in terms of their IP are: hereditary burdened, early age of debut, general experience, modified forms of intoxication, low tolerance, which are specific depending on the prevailing motives of alcohol (MA) that must be considered when determining the scope and content of integrative psychotherapeutic influences. Psychological predictors of pathological formation of hot meat men are established: the presence of demonstrative, excitable, hiperthyme and cyclothyme accentuation nature of externalities such as subjective control, the prevalence of coping strategies of confrontation, distancing, and escape-avoidance, psychological defense mechanisms of the type of denial, displacement and projection; pathoplastical - anxious, sensitive, and anozognostic & erhopathyc types of treatment for the disease, personally-significant MA. Pathological psychosocial predictors identified parenting behavior patterns deformed and emotionally empathic maternal defect that occurred in the paternal family pathoplastical - social and psychological MA. Developed and implemented in a comprehensive treatment of men with AD, IP system, which depending on the preferred MA, AD experience, clinical and psychopathological phenomena and of the family environment may be changed as towards the reduction and expansion of psychological influences integral indicator of the effectiveness of which was 45% after 6 months treatment (control group - 34%), after 12 months - 74% (in the control group - 52%).
