Essay

Work is devoted to development medical opto-electronic devices of dynamic radiation, of continuous monitoring and timely correction process of irradiation during photopheresis. Defines regularities changes in the absorption spectrum of biological objects due to ultraviolet radiation by photopheresis provided dose, proposed criteria that allow evaluating its therapeutic effect and to optimize the decision on correction mode, schemes of the process photopheresis and conclusions about its effectiveness. First established requirements for opto-electronic device control to assess the effectiveness photopheresis, which allowed for formulate the recommendations for its development and expansion on the basis of estimation method photopheresis. Advanced a model of formation processes directed radiation flux in optoelectronic devices with the possibility of formation of the dynamic spatial distribution of therapeutic irradiation by positional control of radiated body under the influence of magnetic fields and switching its components, which reduce the duration of the photopheresis procedure.
