The object of research is the process of the labor market state management. The purpose of research is further development of the theoretical and methodical aspects and practical recommendations on anti- crisis state management of the labor force market. The methods of esearch are dialectical method; system and structural-logical analysis; statistical analysis; the method of the average values; taxonomy; discriminate analysis; correlation and regression analysis. Methodical providing of the analysis for the labor market forces situation under condition of the crisis factors impact which is realize on the basis of the analysis of the labor market situation, its quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the crisis factors effects, the condition causes that gives the opportunity to develop the possible solutions to the crisis management; the scheme of the organizational-economic mechanism formation for labour market state regulation which is a system of tools, objects and subjects that should ensure the achievement of the balance between labor supply and demand; methodical approach to the identification of the employment level for the unemployed in Ukraine after completion of vocational training which gives the opportunity to determine the load on one vacant working place or position; theoretic-methodical approach to the formation of a state-regulating market model which allows to provide anti-crisis management through a combination of labor market, capital market, the market for goods and the market of educational services are received the further development.
