Dzhuzha A. Prevention of crimes against sexual integrity of a child

The content of elements of criminological characteristics of crimes against sexual integrity in Ukraine is distinguished, including criminal's identity, sufferer's (victim's) identity with the determination of the impact of physiological, psychological, social, legal and informational factors that determine committing crimes of this category. In view of the specific subject of the study, the standard algorithm of actions of the criminal police for children on using individual and prophylactic measures to prevent crimes against sexual integrity of a child is developed and recommendations to prevent crimes against sexual integrity of a child in Ukraine are provided.
