The thesis investigates the peculiarities of legal relations for the operation of individual labor relations. Disclosed their legal nature, character and content. Proved that labor relations is not only individual labor relationship, but also closely related. These are in particular legal employment, training and retraining, collective labor relations, which should include legal social control and relationship with settlement of labor disputes. Particular attention is paid to the ways and forms of legal regulation of certain types of employment relationship. Emphasis on necessary amendments to existing labor laws and draft Labor Code for the effective implementation of labor rights workers and employers in labor relations.
