The dissertation deals with the studying of peculiarities and grounds of gaining of professionally significative experience of future psychologists at the educational process in high school. A model of professional experience of a psychologist was worked out. The components of the experience were proposed and its functions were characterized. The professional experience includes following layers: the personal experience; the social experience; the mnemic experience. Each layer includes some components There are such components in the structure of personal experience: value experience, the experience of reflection; the operational experience. The layer of "social experience" includes the experience of communication and dialogical interaction with clients. The mnemic experience has such components as the experience of psychological education, the experience of psychological prophylactics, the experience of psychological consultations, psychological diagnostics and psychological correction, the experience of work with the aim to develop the abilities of the person, to form his/her personality. It was proved the hypothesis of the research that the process of gaining of professionally significative experience by future psychologists depends on the complex of peculiarities. On the basis of these peculiarities there is students' activity, when they take part in different kinds of professional connections, such as role games, talks, discussions, trainings. These active methods of studying influence interpretive possibilities of future psychologists, form their interpretive competence, facilitate of gaining the experience to do professional kinds of work.
