Object of study: health physicians major specialties who work in health-care institutions in Kiev. Purpose: hygienic assessment of working conditions, production and diseases caused by major medical professions, to improve their health by developing a set of preventive and rehabilitation measures. Methods: epidemiology, environmental health, clinical tools, statistical analysis and psychological testing. Theoretical and practical results are that the introduction of the developed scheme will promote prevention of clear accounting of disease physicians primary professions, reducing the risk of occupational and production-related diseases and the preservation of the employment potential of the country's healthcare industry professionals. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time studied the complex patterns of the harmful effects of sanitary conditions and the social conditions of life of the main skills of doctors in Kiev, they patopsychological of changes as a result of stress level and the development of production-related and occupational diseases. Found that the influence of psycho-emotional factors, causes the development of neuroticism in the form of acquired anxiety, which leads to inappropriate emotional responses and emotional exhaustion. Analysis of prevention among health care workers showed formal relationship to them, their inefficiency and lack of registration data on objective health status of health workers in general in Ukraine. For the first time in Ukraine proved schemes dispensary doctors, which provides a clear introduction of accounting and statistics incidence of health workers, and the prevention of development of their production and pre-defined and diseases. The degree of implementation: issued guidelines - "Prevention obschesamoticheskoy and professional health care workers due to illness of Ukraine." The results of the research have been implemented in practice, and are used in teaching hospitals occupational diseases NMU name O.O. Bogomolets. Prepared and implemented a new curriculum for students of medical universities in the course of selecting "Health problems of health workers." The main provisions of the thesis is almost used in the Kiev city center professional pathology and Kyiv City Health Workers Union, the medical unit № 18. Application areas: medicine.
