The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific concepts to the definition of the main directions of improving the quality of public transport services in urban Ukraine. Models attractiveness of urban routes and improved models determine the probability of choosing the path of movement of passengers. Analytical formalized relationship quality transport services on the basic parameters of the transport process. A new approach to improve the quality of transport services to the population in market conditions based on the rational search of rolling stock on urban routes with providing break-even of passenger transport companies.
