In dissertation with the use of method of comparative analysis of various doctrines in relation to influence of department judicial the acts on basis of sources of national right and legislation. The modern legal theory of multiplicity of sources (forms) of national right and legislation is expounded, as not enough the exposed fundamental legal sphere in a scientific and practical, normatively legal turn. An author is accent attention on growth the last years of role and influence of judicial acts on all system of sources of national right and legislation. An author is analyse the basic lines of judicial acts in Ukraine.
