Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation, study and implementation of the optimal variants of anesthesia during surgery in general and plastic surgery. It is shown that regional methods of anesthesia (epidural or spinal anesthesia) during surgery in general and plastic surgery should be preferred. Epidural anesthesia, which promotes energy-efficient moderately normodynamic type circulation, reduces blood loss, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect and stabilizes the level of postoperative pain should be considered the best method of anesthesia in general and plastic surgery. The use of epidural anesthesia in patients in general and plastic surgery can be considered as an additional method to reduce the risk of thromboembolic complications.
