Maryniv I. Constitutional control in Republic of Poland.

The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the constitutional control in the Republic of Poland. Opinions regarding the definition of constitutional control and constitutional justice were analyzed. The process of constitutional control establishment in the Republic of Poland was considered. In this connection four periods of its development were defined. The paper studies the place of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland in the system of supreme authorities. Individual vision as for the possibility of recognizing specialized bodies of constitutional jurisdiction as a constitutional justice body was formulated. The issues related to procedure form, structure and legal statues of judges of Constitutional Tribunal. The peculiarities of the exhaustive list of power of Constitutional Tribunal were studied.
