Orobets K. Criminal Liability for Illegal Fishery, Animal Hunting or other Water Extraction Activity.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of criminal liability for illegal fishery. animal hunting or other water extraction activity. The system of social causation factors of criminal liability for a crime envisaged by Article 249 of the CC of Ukraine is examined in the thesis. Corpus delicti of a crime, its elements and attributes are investigated thoroughly. Great attention was paid to reviewing of different kinds of punishment for a crime, peculiarities of their imposition by Ukrainian courts. Proposals as for improvement of criminal legislation of Ukraine and practice of its application are formulated and substantiated.
