Kuptsova M. Arbitration agreement as the basis of international commercial arbitration court's jurisdiction.

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the notion, types and special points of the legal regime of arbitration agreement, its execution and enforcement. Classification criterions of an arbitration agreement are systematized in the reserch. The notion of the essential terms of arbitration agreement is studied and the scope of explained terms is articulated. Author also examine the legislative requirements for an arbitration agreement and systematize forms of qualification of arbitration agreement with defects and sets out the grounds for the application of this forms. An issue of the applicable law is also studied in the thesis.
