Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical recommendations implementation of labour potential in construction companies effective management. In the paper the theoretical foundations of labour potential management in the companies are defined; the essence of the concepts of "labour potential" and "labour effectiveness" are discovered, which let us clarify their meaning. The criteria system of labour potential effective management has been formed on the basic management process (formation, use and development of the company labour potential and social relationship management). This system assessment the effectiveness, functionality and goals achievement as well as allows determining each unit of labour potential management. A methodical approach to evaluating the companies labour potential effectiveness from the perspective of stakeholders interests balance achievement has been created. A logarithmic economical-mathematical model which synthesizes the most significant indicators of labour potential management units and determines their impact on the change in effectiveness has drown up. We used the index method in order to identify the influence of construction company labour potential effectiveness management change on each control boxes and forecast the profitability of personnel changes by increasing effectiveness of construction company labour potential as a whole. Grounded logical sequence of labour potential management allows making a decision on the implementation of the designed measures on labour potential management effectiveness increase.
