Essay

The new patogenetic based miniinvasive laparoscopic and laparoscopic-assistant surgical treatment was suggested, developed and implemented in clinical practice. Justified and suggested a differential approach for indications and surgical amount which has been proposed based on the varices level, re-bleeding, liver function and presence of other complications of portal hypertension. Principles of preoperative preparation and peculiarities of postoperative care were formed. Defined and justified the indications for ascitic fluid reinfusion implementation in complex treatment of liver cirrhotic patients with gastro-esophageal bleeding and tense ascites.
