A thesis is dedicated to the study of peculiarities of the run-up of the traumatic process of patients with open thoracic and abdominal trauma with numerous, combined and isolated heart injuries, based on examination of 186 cases, 45.7% of which were isolated, 43.01% combined and 11.29% numerous cases. Studied and estimated clinical- anatomical characteristics of traumas, lethality on the stages of medical assistance, estimated clinical resultative risks of the negative traumatic process run-up result, studied patho-morphological changes in myocardium during the heart traumas. Elaborated a manner of stitching-up the heart. Elaborated and integrated a protocol diagnosis scheme and healing of the patients with heart traumas scheme, which allowed to minimize the clinical resultative risk from 0.25 to 0.14 and to increase the survival from 19.89% to 16%.
