Vasiliev A. Basing for the laparoscopic intraabdominal prosthetics plasty application of inguinal hernia

In the dissertation work was analyzed the results of inguinal hernias laparoscopic treatment - the technique of intraabdominal laparoscopic prosthetics hernioplasty (IPOM) for inguinal hernia treatment. The analysis and comparison of different laparoscopic procedures were conduct. Experimental part of the work performed on rats. The implantation of various multicomponent prosthesis in the abdominal wall was made for further macro-microscopic and immunohistochemical studies of tissues surrounding the prosthesis. The experiment showed the same type of reaction to graft: active inflammation of tissues with different content and degree of fibroblasts and macrophages activity, and leads to qualitative properties of connective tissue that develops. When IPOM fibroblasts in preparations turned over, their expression is more pronounced, suggesting the development of softer scar. No morphological preconditions for the emergence of seroma. The technique for inguinal hernia IPOM allows 2 times shorten operation duration, postoperative requires less anesthesia, within 2 years after hernioplasty by technique IPOM recurrences were not reveal.
