The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of legal regulation of protection of the creditors' rights during the inquiryin cases about bankruptcy. The legal status of creditors in cases about insolvency (bankruptcy) has been studied. Classification of creditors in these cases has been offered. Some ways of protection of the rights of creditors have been analysed. The author has suggested to increase ways of protection of the rights of creditors prior to the beginning of inquiryin cases aboutbankruptcy. The author has formulated some offers on legislation improvement in sphere of protection of the creditors' rights in cases about bankruptcy.
