Essay

The thesis is theoretically justified and presented new issues of infusion therapy during the execution of extensive liver resection/ The introduction in practice "small-volume" intraoperative fluid therapy allowd to reduce the volume and intensity of intraoperative blood loss and reduce the need for blood products to compensate for blood loss. The fluid therapy during the execution of extensive liver resections in 80 patients analyzed by the author, in 35 pations of 80 (study group) intraoperative infusion therapy conducted by the author of the developed technique. The developed technique of "small-volume" infusion therapy based on maintaining a reduced circulating blood volume during the surgery until after the main stage of liver resection, which is controlled by maintaining low levels of central venous pressure (not exceeding 50 mm w. c.), by maintained mean arterial pressure and rate of diuresis within normal limits.
