Monastyrska R. Terminology of Civil Law in the Systemic and Semasiological Aspects (Based on the Civil Code of Ukraine).

The objects of study are the terms of current Civil Code. The purpose is to make the systemic and semasiological analysis of legal terms of current Civil Code. The methods are descriptive, structural, method of sampling, identificational, component analysis, distribution analysis, quantitative. The thesis deals with the terminology of the current Civil Code of Ukraine in the system and semasiological aspects. A number of theoretical issues related to verbalization of scientific concepts in terms are resolved, the problems of the study of terminological value as semasiological phenomenon and the main plane of the semantic consistency of legal terms are represented. The paper envisages the terms denoting concepts of civil relations, emphasizing on semantic groups, modeling of terminological meanings, definition of paradigmatic terms within semantic groups. The analysis classified the Civil Code terms within legal categories, explained the specific formation of terminological meanings, found different types of systemic organization of terms within the semantic group. The scope is learning process.
