Essay

The dissertation is the first monographic research in Ukraine which is dedicated to the problems of regulating the civil law relationships regarding medicines. In the work, issuing from the human-based concept, the harm of their regulation on the commercial basis and the moderation and prudence of this activity have been grounded. Economical and social reasons for these law relationships' regulations have been investigated.
