Voloshyn V. The legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of industrial property.

The dissertation is devoted to studying complex analyses of the civil legal regulation of contractual relations arising up in the field of industrial property. The objects of research are civil legal relations of conclusion, changes and stopping of agreements in the field of industrial property. The subjects of research are historical, general theoretic and legal aspects of contractual relations in the field of industrial property in Ukraine. In dissertation are analyzed historical conformities of origin and development of objects of industrial property and their legal adjusting. The dissertation deals with the question of concept of industrial property as a subject of civil legal agreement, the aspects of this property are defined. A role and value of the legal adjusting of contractual relations are specified in the field of industrial property, determined object and subject of agreement in the field of industrial property, positions that define the value of the contractual relations in the field of industrial property. The dissertation sets suggestions on perfection of legislation of Ukraine, and also bringing of additions clauses to Civil Code of Ukraine and separate legislative acts in the field of industrial property.
