Morozyuk S. Criminal law characteristic of crimes against family interests and ward persons (articles 164-169 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The paper outlined the results of complex criminal law research of the characteristics of crime against family and tutorial legal relationships, sanctioned in articles 164-169 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Analyzed legislation directional to the defense of family and ward persons' legal interests in the history of law, comparative law and formal and legal aspects. Consider the place and role of criminal law policy in the scope of norms usage directed for the defense of vested interests and personal nonpecuniary rights of the most unprotected family members - children and persons in custody. A study concepts and structure of crimes against family and ward persons' legal interests. Criminal law characteristics of crimes encroach upon alimony legal relationships, tutorial legal relationships and adoption legal relationships is given. Based on the research of rules of law - family law and civil law, various scientific concepts on the characteristics and definition of object of these group of crimes (gender, specific, direct) given to the definition of some corpus delicti elements' contain, which are forwarded against family and tutorial persons interests. A number of proposals to improve the standards of the law.
