Dissertation represents the complex research of setting disputes in intellectual property by the economic courts. The definition of "the economic dispute in the field of intellectual property", its peculiarities, the classification of such disputes are determined herein. Based on the analysis of legislation and legal practice there are investigated issues of distinction the jurisdiction of economic courts and other bodies for resolving disputes in the field of intellectual property, characterized procedural and legal status of economic proceedings entities in such cases, generalized procedural peculiarities of their reviewing.
