The thesis is devoted to the examination of theoretical and applied aspects of economic modernization procedural mechanism for resolving corporate disputes. Analyzed the concept, nature and the legal nature of corporate relations and corporate disputes, corporate disputes, methods of settlement and proposed solutions and prevent these disputes. Found that an important precondition of civilized corporate dispute resolution (arbitration) is to reform corporate and commercial procedural law, methods of treating corporate disputes.
