Living beings, devices, poisonous food that are designed to protect public relations in the absence of the person, who protects through inflicting injury to those, who commit assault, are proposed to be referred using the term "protective equipment, affecting autonomously". The content and scope of the concept of protective equipment, affecting autonomously is determined. Historical and international experience of regulating of using of protective equipment, affecting autonomously was studied. After studying of the legal grounds for using of protective equipment, affecting autonomously it was concluded that they should be recognized as lawful or unlawful act.
