Borodaj I. Features of blood flow in the mother-placenta-fetus system in women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy.

This thesis first studied the peculiarities of utero-placental blood flow fetus, parameters of extraembrional structures in women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy, a set of modern methods of investigation both the blood flow in the mother-placenta-fetus and systemic changes in immune status of the proposed comprehensive treatment of women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy. Under observation were 133 pregnant women, including 85 women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy (main group). Control group was 48 pregnant women with uncomplicated pregnancies. We studied clinical and medical history, especially the blood flow in the mother-placenta-fetus system, indicators of immune status, defined violation uterine and placental and fеtus blood flow, the parameters of embryo development and extraembrionic structures of all pregnant women, changes in immune status in women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy. According to the results of investigation we developed and implemented in practice complex treatment of threatened abortion in women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy with CEPT. The results of our research prooved the necessity to confirm our method of investigation and treatment of women with habitual miscarriage pregnancy.
