The thesis provides a new solution of scientific and practical tasks to develop algorithms for the safe management of motion when the large sailing vessel (LSV) conventional and special operations in maritime by extending the functionality of the system. As a result of research developed mathematical models and control algorithms special maritime operations LSV, which are designed to ensure the sustainability of maneuvering and safe movement in a variety of sailing conditions. The dependence of the resultant force vector sail all the way presented as polar as defined by high-precision trajectory measurements. The dependence of the angular velocity of the rudder angle is presented in the form of a diagram of control as defined by the implementation performance of the test maneuver "asymmetric zigzag", which was modified van for the LSV. The angle of rotation and time of the meeting the turn presented in tabular form a definite performance through the implementation of the test maneuvers "asymmetric zigzag". The zone of instability of the process control BPS at small angles re-laying steering investigated by qualitative analysis of differential equations. Zone-controllable risk of loss of STI established theoretically by the method of phase trajectories, depending on the angle of the rudder deflection, and the ship off course. Depending on the stopping distance and time are presented in tables and graphs that are defined in the study mode of inhibition by using the sails and mechanical installation. Improved algorithms for LSV steering system that improve qualitative indicators were her work.
